Vietnam FCMP (Fused Calcium Magnesium Phosphate) Fertilizer is produced by the cupola furnace method. We use the material of cloddy Apatite ore mixed with alkali minerals that contain magnesium, silicone and anthracite coal as fuel to make up an aggregate to be fed into the cupola furnace together with air supply. Inside the cupola furnace, the burning reaction between oxygen and coal creates a temperature to heat the aggregate up to 1350 – 1450oC. The aggregate is completely fused, then taken out, suddenly cooled down by water to become semi-finished FCMP fertilizer products, which continues to be dried, packaged to become final FCMP fertilizer product.
Vietnam FCMP fertilizer has pH: 8-8.5, high in P2O5 and important source of nutrients such MgO, Cao, etc. So, if you have acid soils or are seeing less and crop growth after conventional fertilizing. FCMP fertilizer is acid soluble but not water soluble. It reduces soil acidity to release nutrients. It has the same neutralizing ability as ag lime. Vietnam FCMP product is specifically suited to acid soils and is easily stored and using. It can be used to great effect in high P2O5 sorption soils while reducing aluminum toxicities.
